At the Republican National Lawyers Association's annual policy conference, Martin Gold and CFJ president Curt Levey talked about the federal judicial confirmation process and how it changed with President Trump’s nomination of Neil Gorsuch to be a Supreme Court justice. After the discussion, White House Counsel Donald McGahn received an award in honor of Edwin Meese, the former U.S. Attorney General under President Reagan.
